Bouclair Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Bouclair order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

1. How to Cancel Your Order:

• Contact Customer Service Immediately:

  • Phone: Call 1-800-268-2524.
  • Provide your order number and cancellation request.

2. Timing:

• Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders:

• If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process.

4. Non-Cancellable Items:

• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation. ( Ex Custom Blinds )
