2. Return by Order Type:

• In-Store Purchases:
  • Bring the item and receipt to the store where it was purchased.
• Online Orders Picked Up In-Store:
  • Return the item to the same store where you picked it up.
• Online Orders Delivered to Your Home:
  • If you live near a Bouclair store, returning the item in-store is recommended for faster service.
  • If a store visit isn’t convenient, follow the steps below for a mail return.
